Wedding Services

We are here for you from the beginning of your planning process to the very end or we can be there for you just at the wedding. If you don’t see a package that suits you please give us a call and let us work together to make a special package for you.

Bronze Package

Just need a little help finding venders that will work with you and that are in your budget, we can help find what you need, from venders like photographers, florist, caterers and the venues. We can help.    

Silver Package

Two Planning Meetings: This is designed for the bride that has everything done but would like to be stress free on the wedding day. You are entitled to two planning meetings one at the beginning of the planning process and one four weeks before the wedding. We will also coordinate your rehearsal and your wedding up to the reception.

Gold Package

Four planning Meetings: You are entitled to four planning meetings in addition to the initial consultation, which may be used with vender meetings, site walk through, budget consultation, catering meeting or any other meeting of your choice.

Complete Coordination of Rehearsal: We will direct and coordinate the rehearsal with family and bridal party member.

Coordination of Wedding Day: We will coordinate the wedding as per our planning with the bride we will ensure all the specifics are covered.

(Extra hours can be added at an hourly rate.)                                                                                

Platinum Package

Everything in the Gold Package is included in this package

Unlimited meetings: In addition to the free initial consultation, you are entitled to unlimited meetings. These meetings are your choice and could be a vender meeting, shopping for favors or whatever else you would like to discuss about your wedding day. There is no limit.

Create and assist in managing your budget. We will confer with you to establish budget priorities. If a budget has not already been created, we will customize a budget based on your needs.

Locations & Vender Selection: We will meet with you to gain a true grasp of the vision you have for your day. Once we see what your vision is, we will be able to present you with venues and venders that could meet your needs in both vision and in budget. We will arrange visits and meetings in order for you to view each location and meet each of the venders in person. After finding the venders of your choice, we will handle negotiating with and booking with each one, based on your needs and desires.

Out-of-town Guest Assistance: We will assist out-of-town guest with their accommodations. We will create hotel blocks when possible, help with bookings to ensure their arrangements go as smoothly as possible.

Wedding Transportation Coordination: We will assist you in finding and booking the necessary transportation for you, your wedding party and any out-of-town guest on your very special day.
